Downtown San Leandro invites local makers, crafters, artists, and small handmade businesses to apply to be a part of the San Leandro Holiday Market. Please APPLY BELOW to be a part of this event. Booth spaces for this event will cost $75 per 10' x 10' space. All participants are required to bring their canopy, canopy weights, tables, chairs, and fixtures. Please note that this is a NIGHT MARKET so vendors are responsible for their booth lighting.
Applications will be open until November 25th. Booth spaces will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Mass-produced goods will not be accepted.
Costs and Payments
After review and approval of the application, a $75 invoice will be sent to the email listed. Payment of this fee will secure your booth space.
Community and Non Profit Booths
Community and Nonprofit booths will be available at no cost to the organization. Please note that we are only accepting community booths from members of the San Leandro Downtown Association and local non-profit community service organizations.
Makers have the option to share a 10x10 booth with another vendor. Only one deposit of $75 must be submitted for a shared booth. Shared booth vendors only need to submit one application together.
Vendor Equipment Responsibility
Vendors must provide their own fixtures. Vendors are required to have their own 10'x10' canopy tent. One outlet per vendor will be provided for lighting purposes. Generators will not be permitted.

Tables and Chairs
Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.
This holiday market will be at night. Limited lighting will be available from string lights and the surrounding lamp posts. Vendors are responsible for illuminating their booths and are encouraged to bring battery-operated lights.
Maker Acceptance and Notifications
Vendors will be notified of their acceptance within two weeks of their application submission. Upon being accepted, an invoice will be sent to the primary email address listed on the application.
Vendor cancellations must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 28th. Absence from the event without notice by November 28th will result in the forfeiture of the vendor’s payment. If the event is canceled, all vendor payments will be refunded under the terms and conditions of the payment method provided.

Vendors are responsible for any business or personal insurance necessary to cover their liability. Vendors also waive all responsibility and liability from the Downtown San Leandro CBD and its partners.
Health and Safety
The Downtown San Leandro CBD is dedicated to the health and safety of all event participants and attendees. Following the guidance and recommendations of the CDC and the Alameda County Health Department, face coverings and masks are optional and will not be required outdoors for vaccinated individuals. In both spaces, it is up to the Participant to enforce their own rules regarding covid prevention (i.e., Masking, Distancing, Hand Sanitizing)
Rules and guidance regarding Covid prevention are subject to change under the direction of the CDC and the Alameda County Health Department. Please refer here for any updates or changes to mask policies.
For health and safety reasons animals, except for service animals, will not be permitted at this event.
The Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District (CBD) and its partners are not responsible for any damage or loss to participant property. In attending this event, the vendor waives any claims against the Downtown San Leandro Community Benefit District and its partners in the event of loss, damage, liability, or injury.
